We have been instructed by a local land owner in respect of his dispute with a national company.

The national company has, via its agents (also a national company), caused damage to our client's land.

Despite the client's best and commendable efforts, the national company have failed to enter into any meaningful dialogue. So the client has instructed SP Legal Solutions to step in and resolve the matter.
